    Project Limmat

    Problem
    Clients send receipts and invoices by email, WhatsApp or in an envelope at quarter end. The firm sorts and books them by hand and chases deadlines by phone.
    Solution
    A client portal for uploading documents, straight from a phone. AI reads receipts and invoices and proposes the booking entry, which the accountant checks and confirms.

    Project Albis

    Problem

    Solution
    A multilingual site with online booking linked to the practice calendar, automatic SMS and email reminders and digital forms to complete before the visit.

    Project Rigi

    Problem
    A boutique hotel gets the same questions in five languages at all hours and pays high commissions to booking platforms.
    Solution
    A new site with direct booking and a multilingual AI concierge that answers from the hotel's own information and hands special requests to the staff.

    Project Sihl

    Problem
    Tenants report faults by phone and email. Requests get lost between the office, caretakers and contractors, and nobody knows where they stand.
    Solution
    A tenant portal to report a fault with photos, AI that sorts urgency and type of job, and a workflow that assigns the contractor and updates the status.

Before we start, this is what clients usually ask.

  • How much does a project cost, and how does the quote work?

    It depends on scope and complexity. After an initial conversation you receive a written proposal with activities, timeline and costs. Anything added along the way is agreed before it's built.

  • How long does it take?

    A compact website takes a few weeks. Custom software and AI solutions usually take two to four months, depending on scope. The schedule is part of the proposal.

  • Do you build truly custom software?

    Yes. We analyse your processes and build the tool around them: management systems, portals, dashboards or integrations between existing systems. Where a standard product is enough, we tell you.

  • How do you integrate AI, and what happens to my data?

    We integrate AI models into your tools with verifiable sources, permissions and controls. Your data stays yours: we use providers that don't train on your content, and we choose the processing location together, in Switzerland or the EU if you wish.

  • What do maintenance and support include?

    Hosting, updates, security, backups and support are included in the annual subscription, billed in advance. The subscription is required to keep the solution running; the exact terms are set out in the proposal.

  • Who owns the code and the data?

    Your content and data always belong to you, and at the end of the contract you receive a complete export. The software is licensed to you under the annual subscription and stays in use for as long as the subscription is active.
